Common questions
I forgot my parent PIN.The PIN is stored only on your device and we have no way to reset it for you. If you’re locked out, deleting and reinstalling Posso will reset the PIN — but you’ll lose any local-only data. If iCloud sync is on, your data will reappear on the next sync and you’ll be asked to set a new PIN.
My data isn’t syncing between iPads. Both devices need to be signed into the same iCloud account and have iCloud Drive enabled. Open Settings → Apple ID → iCloud on each device and confirm Posso is toggled on.
How do I delete my data? Delete the app from your device. To also remove the iCloud copy, open Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Posso and tap Delete.
